Exercise can improve blood circulation and oxygen delivery to the scalp, which can stimulate hair growth and prevent hair loss, Exercise can also reduce stress levels, which can lower the production of cortisol, a hormone that can cause hair loss.

  • Some of the best exercises for reducing hair fall are cardio exercises, such as walking, running, cycling, or swimming. These exercises can increase your heart rate and blood flow, and lower your DHT levels, a chemical that can cause hair loss.


  • Another type of exercise that can help reduce hair fall is yoga. Yoga can help you relax, calm your mind, and balance your hormones. Some yoga poses that can benefit your hair health are downward-facing dog, forward bend, camel pose, shoulder stand, fish pose, and kneeling pose.
  • You can also try scalp massage as a form of exercise for your hair. Scalp massage can increase blood circulation, nourish the hair follicles, and promote hair growth. You can use your fingers or a brush to gently massage your scalp in circular motions for a few minutes every day. You can also use natural oils, such as coconut oil, olive oil, or onion juice, to enhance the effects of scalp massage.

  • Lentils: Lentils are a great source of plant-based protein, which is the building block of hair. They also contain iron, folic acid, and biotin, which are essential for hair growth and strength. 
  • Carrots: Carrots are high in beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the body. Vitamin A helps the scalp produce sebum, which moisturizes the hair and prevents dryness. 
  • Green peas: Green peas are loaded with protein, iron, zinc, and B vitamins, which are important for the hair growth cycle. 
  • Sweet potatoes: Sweet potatoes are another good source of beta-carotene, which boosts hair growth and thickness.

  •          Minoxidil 5% is a medication that is used to treat hair loss in men and women. It is applied to the scalp as a solution, foam, or gel. It works by increasing blood flow to the hair follicles, which stimulates hair growth and prevents hair loss.
  •     Minoxidil 5% is usually recommended for people who have moderate to severe hair loss, especially in the crown area of the head.  Minoxidil 5% should be used as directed by your doctor or as instructed on the label. You should apply it twice a day, preferably in the morning and evening, to the affected areas of the scalp. You should use about 1 ml of the solution or half a capful of the foam per application. You should not use more than the recommended dose, as it will not increase the effectiveness and may cause side effects.
