Notice to the Candidates regarding declaration of result of Common Eligibility Test (CET) - 2023, Haryana for examination held on 21 and 22 October, 2023 for Group-D Posts .

 It is for the information of all candidates who appeared in examination held on 21 and 22 October, 2023 for Group-D posts that the result of Common Eligibility Test (CET)-2023, Haryana has been uploaded in candidates Login ID. The socio-economic criteria marks in the score card have been provisionally indicated but the same shall remain suspended till final outcome of CWP No.25781/2023 titled as Varun Bhardwaj Versus State of Haryana & Another and other connected matters

Candidates are advised to check/download their CET Score Card, using their Registration No. and Date of Birth on the link https://cnr.nic.in/NTAResult/HSSCGroupD/Login?apprefno=101552311 available at official website of HSSC i.e. www.hssc.gov.in.


Note: Qualifying NORMALISED MARKS (EXCLUDING BENEFIT OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC MARKS) OUT OF 95 MARKS are as follows:
i. GENERAL CATEGORY CANDIDATE: 47.50 & ABOVE i.e. 50% & ABOVE
ii. RESERVED CATEGORIES (BOTH VERTICAL & HORIZONTAL WHO ARE BONAFIDE RESIDENT OF HARYANA): 38.00 & ABOVE i.e. 40% & ABOVE
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:-
  1. This Score Card is valid for a period of three years from the date of declaration of result or until the recommendation of a candidate for appointment is made to the concerned appointing authority by Haryana Staff Selection Commission, whichever is earlier.
  2. This is electronically generated score card. Hence, does not require any signature.
  3. Candidate's particulars including Category, Sub-Category have been indicated as per claim of the candidate in his/her online application form/as per Parivar Pehchan Patra. If there is any change required, the candidate should approach to the HSSC within the time stipulated by the Commission i.e. HSSC, by way of Public Notice in this regard on the Commission’s official Website.
  4. * Marks under Socio-Economic criteria are provisional and are subject to change on verification by HSSC. Further, in case it is found at any point of time during the recruitment or even after appointment that the claim made by a candidate for obtaining Socio-Economic criteria marks, is unsubstantiated and/or the same is wrongfully claimed by the candidate by furnishing false and misleading information or incorrect information-candidature of such candidate shall stand cancelled and appropriate legal action will be initiated against-such candidate.

The candidate’s biometrics (fingerprints & photograph) captured at the time of examination will be compared and verified against his/her biometrics before the actual joining and if any malpractice is found, the candidature of the candidate will be rejected and criminal proceedings may also be initiated against him.

 6. The eligibility criteria, self-declaration, supporting documents, etc. of the eligible candidates shall be verified as per norms specified.

 7. The short listing for the purpose of consideration for appointment will be subject to fulfilling of the eligibility, rank in merit list, medical fitness, verification of original documents in support of his/her claim, and such other criteria as may be prescribed by the HSSC and the appointing authority.

 8. Candidate, if found, submitting wrong information or tampering with this Score Card at any stage, will be considered as using Unfair Practice and his/her candidature will be rejected and further legal action will be taken as may be deemed fit.

9. The raw marks obtained have been transformed into Normalized marks. For detailed procedure on Normalized marks, please visit website www.hssc.gov.in.

10. Merely appearing in the CET-2023 and possessing this Score Card does not confer any right of appointment to the candidate and same shall be governed by the notices/instructions/advertisement issued from time to time during the validity of CET Score. The candidate should visit the official website www.hssc.gov.in regularly as no individual information shall be given.

11. This CET Score is issued under the Haryana Govt. Notification No.42/119/2019-5GS-I dated 05.05.2022 as amended from time to time. The candidate is bound by the terms & conditions of the said notification.

 * Note:-1. THE MARKS UNDER SOCIO-ECONOMIC CRITERIA HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED IN VIEW OF THE INTERIM DIRECTION OF THE HON’BLE HIGH COURT VIDE ORDER DATED 16.11.2023 IN CWP NO.25781 OF 2023.THEREFORE, THE AWARD OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC CRITERIA MARKS SHALL REMAIN SUSPENDED AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED TILL THE FINAL OUTCOME OF CWP NO.25781 OF 2023 TITLED AS VARUN BHARDWAJ V/S STATE OF HARYANA AND ANOTHER & OTHER CONNECTED MATTERS.
